Bulk, Lean & Balance Meal Plans are made by Chef’s Choice. Calories for lean is 300 - 600 / Calories for balance is 400 - 700 / Calories for bulk is 500 - 800. Our talented chefs will build you a variety of meals with the following meal components:

Proteins: Chicken, Lean Beef, Lean Ground Turkey, Tilapia, Cod, Lean Pork, Organic Chicken Sausage, Shrimp

Veg: Green Beans, Asparagus, Spinach, Kale, Zucchini, Carrots, Squash, Mushrooms, Beans, Broccoli, Corn

Carbs: Red Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Yams, Quinoa, Brown Rice, White Rice

Lean Meals are made for those who are looking to get lean and take in less amounts of protein.  Each meal consists of 4 oz of high quality proteins paired with just the right amount of clean carbs and fresh organic vegetables giving each meal just the right amount of nutrients.  Lean Meals are on the lower spectrum of calories.
